What is FinxS®?
FinxS® is the innovative Extended DISC® online administration platform to perform analyses directly online, allowing you to fully customize, tailor and create your own reports. With FinxS® you can select up to one thousand of behavioral competencies; combine reports into multi-tool reports (behavioral and reasoning analysis, open 360 evaluation, etc); have multiple user levels; customize to your liking; design your own templates (including style, graphics and colors); and create your own additional questionnaires. Once you are certified by OLS, you will receive access and training on FinxS®, your one system for unlimited solutions.

What is Extended DISC®?
DISC is a theory of human behavior that helps individuals to become more successful by providing a clear framework to make conscious decisions about how to adjust behavior with others. The DISC model is based on the foundations of Carl Gustav Jung’s work. In 1928, William Moulton Marston used Dr. Jung’s model to develop the DISC model that can be used to help us better understand ourselves and other people. The power of this model is that it is easy to learn, understand, and use because it identifies only four behavioral styles of individuals: Dominance (D), Inducement (I), Submission (S), and Compliance (C).

Extended DISC® offers online assessments based on the DISC model that are customized to your unique needs and preferences. You are not forced to choose from off-the-shelf reports. You can have the assessments you want for individual, team, department and organizational applications. How are Extended DISC® reports used?
They can be short, general DISC reports or comprehensive assessments for more holistic applications. You can customize the appearance of the reports to match your preferences. The content of assessments can be tailored to your unique needs to include information you need. Any number or combination of Extended DISC® reports can be produced to provide the most relevant information to different roles and all reports are the same price, regardless of criteria.

Once you've customized your assessment you can distribute it immediately. Respondents complete an online questionnaire that takes about 10 minutes. The questionnaires are available in over 60 languages and the results are emailed within seconds. They can be sent to the respondent, facilitator, administrator or combination of recipients.
