In this retreat you will...

1. Develop a working knowledge of SQ as a critical component of leadership behavior.
2. Learn the 21 researched-based skills that comprise the SQ of an effective leader.
3. Complete the SQ-21 Assessment identifying your present level in the use of these 21 skills.
4. Develop a personal action plan for improving your skill level for 4 of these skills.
5. Deepen your understanding of the remaining 17 skills through additional coaching with a certified SQ coach, if so desired.
